Buyer is responsible for freight charges. Products will be shipped via freight, USPS, UPS or FedEx. Shipping quote will be provided by account manager. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Free local delivery for online orders over $200 applies to stores within 50 miles of our Federal Way or Lynnwood locations. Orders may take an extra day of handling based on available stock at each location.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. In order to return a product or products, please contact you account manager directly. A return authorization must created before we are able to accept a return. Only unopened, unused products will be considered for return. No damaged or expired products will be accepted. A 15% restock fee will be applied to all returns.
